Bed and Breakfast at The Talbot Inn, Cirencester

The Talbot Inn offers great locational benefits to centralise your stay in the Cotswolds. Our Inn and bed & breakfast is within two minutes walking distance of the National Express coach stop and our historic Roman town of Cirencester, which boasts a beautiful wool church with its twelve peel of bells, Corinium Museum, craft and farmers markets, unique shops and award winning pubs and restaurants.

Kemble train station is only 5 miles away.

With a short drive you can reach Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath, Westonbirt Arboretum, Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Lechlade and many other picturesque Cotswold villages.

The bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in the North wing and fronted by a floral courtyard with raised flowerbeds. The rooms are annexed to the main building in a converted stable block. Matching colour schemes with co-ordinated furnishings give a cottage feel to all our rooms.

Our five rooms consist of :

2 double bedded, 1 twin bedded, 1 double bedded with full size cot (crib) and a single bed, and our first floor mini suite (The Hayloft).

The Hayloft is the largest of our bedrooms and has a distinctly French design and feel to it. The fantastic bed is dressed with luxurious goose feather duvet and pillows.

The bathroom is large with a great walk-in power shower.

The room boasts a futon sofa and TV with DVD player. The veranda is exclusively for the use of the Hayloft guests, where you can sit and enjoy a drink before dinner.

Our other four twin/double/family rooms are all on ground level, all en-suite.

These rooms have Teletext TV's, power showers and complementary refreshments. With these rooms you have your own front door key to come and go as you wish. They also have a quiet seating area outside each room.

We will offer these rooms for single occupancy on request. Also our two bedroomed apartment is available on a B&B or self catering option.

Our breakfasts (which are included in the price), are always enjoyed with a full range of juices, cereals, hot beverages, and a cooked English or Continental breakfast. We are used to catering for special dietary needs so please specify if any are required.

A No Smoking policy is in operation in all rooms, bars and restaurant.

There is ample parking for all bed and breakfast residents and customers.

We offer wireless internet access in all rooms.
